Justice Systems is one of few high-security controls integrators with a full-time service department.
We maintain a 365/24/7 help line and stocked vans with commonly required emergency spare parts and specialty test equipment. Each technician is security-cleared by multiple jurisdictions and highly experienced working inside detention facilities with the unique security requirements. Our staff is certified in the video management system, intercom, HMI, and PLC.
Experience has proven that preventative maintenance of these systems reduces or eliminates expensive, unplanned, and emergency visits. Justice Systems provides quarterly or twice yearly preventative maintenance visits. During these visits, our team performs routine checks, diagnostics, routine backups, other procedures, and any backlogged repairs. We diligently track issues between visits and recommend repairs before they cause a problem.
Our full-time service department is fully capable of servicing all equipment, during and after the warranty period. We provide both remote and in person support. Our team is factory-trained in each of our project’s primary systems, including PLCs, CCTV systems, and the intercom/paging systems. Our service personnel team also has a minimum of two years of formal training in electronics theory, plus two years’ experience in the repair and maintenance of each system type. We are confident our team has the knowledge and experience to provide reliable and responsive service.
Justice System can provide emergency support through our 365/24/7 help-line if you ever face an emergency. In many cases, we war-game failure scenarios and practice recovery scenarios. We are confident our team has the knowledge and experience to provide you with reliable and responsive service.
Our systems are very reliable after working through typical new install commissioning and punch lists. Justice Systems takes a cradle to grave approach and continues to assist with any technical issues that arise. Continued customer service is very impressive!
Klickitat County entered into a long-term maintenance agreement with Justice Systems and they have kept in contact to resolve any issues that occur and come onsite to keep up on routine maintenance. As a project manager, I would recommend them without hesitation and plan on reaching out to them again in the future.
A benefit to working with Justice Systems is their ongoing technical support when needed. They are a full-service vendor that not only help you design and install, but also offer follow up technical services. Their experience in the Corrections field sets them apart from other vendors and makes them our first choice for future projects.
